With Clayton Davies, a rapidly expanding wealth management firm, we are seeking an accomplished Key Performance Development Manager to spearhead the development and training of financial planners within our group.

We offer a competitive salary package with an estimated base salary of £65,000. Our benefits also include 29 days holiday + bank holidays, early Friday finishes, and a bonus of up to 10%.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the structure and process of training and competence for financial planners within our group. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of the regulated financial services industry.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement relevant processes for supervisors and certified staff, providing guidance and support where necessary.
  • Liaise with colleagues to arrange training and CPD sessions, ensuring that all team members have access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the induction programme for new advisors, including sign-off processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent qualification.
  • Significant prior experience in a similar T&C role within the financial advice sector.
