About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and business opportunities across our Acne and Rosacea portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Deliver expected performance and exceed targets in your territory by effectively selling and relationship management.
  • Account Planning: Develop and implement successful sales strategies for established and newly launched brands, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Sales Intelligence: Analyze sales reports and field intelligence to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Territory Development: Develop a comprehensive business plan for your territory, outlining key objectives and strategies for growth.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in primary or secondary care sales
  • Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., life sciences, business)
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

Salary and Benefits
