About the Role: As a key member of our innovative finance consultancy at Service Care Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join us on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through various channels, including telesales, networking, and trade events.
- Develop and present comprehensive finance solutions, encompassing asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance, tailored to meet clients' diverse needs.
- Analyse financial requirements and relevant documentation to provide effective proposals and applications.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' goals and preferences.
- Promote the company's services and build long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- A background in client-facing sales is essential for success in this role.
- Prior experience in the finance sector, especially from a finance broker, is highly desirable.
- Professionalism in all forms of communication is required to uphold the company's reputation.
- The ability to continuously enhance knowledge and skills is crucial for growth and development.
- Vigilance against fraud and money laundering risks is paramount, with prompt reporting of any concerns.
- Adherence to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all interactions is mandatory.
- Collaboration with fellow team members to share expertise and best practices.
Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary of £28,000 to £30,000 per year (plus commission), along with a permanent contract and opportunities for professional growth.
