Northampton Business Directory is looking for a highly motivated Municipal Waste Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Recycling Division, you will be responsible for delivering business growth and securing new municipal waste service contracts and/or extensions to existing contracts.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our Operations and Bidding Teams to secure new contracts and expand our customer base. You will use your exceptional business development and project management skills to identify potential partners, develop strategic plans, and execute them effectively.

In addition to securing new contracts, you will also be responsible for exploring non-tendered opportunities, including infrastructure development to support the growth of our Division. This may involve working closely with various departments such as Estates and Planning, Technical, Legal, and Finance.

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree or similar qualification, significant experience operating in a senior management role, and a proven track record in business/project development. At least five years' experience working in an organisation with a professional approach to business/project development is essential.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + car allowance and bonus
