Salary: £9.50-£11.00 per hour (dependent on location)

Job Description:

As a Residential Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our luxury homes, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents. You will work closely with our experienced colleagues to deliver outstanding care and support, promoting independence and dignity for all.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Caring attitude and strong communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and support colleagues
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and move around safely
  • Familiarity with health and safety procedures and protocols
