As a Luxury Care Residence Director, you will play a vital role in leading our care team and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the quality of life for our residents, including planning and delivering a wide range of activities, managing budgets, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader, a collaborative team player, and a passionate advocate for the rights and dignity of older adults.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a commitment of approximately 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum. Benefits include 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays, DBS provided, and regular staff social events.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies that enhance the quality of life for our residents
* Lead a team of care professionals and support staff
* Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of services
* Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Requirements
* A diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology)
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the care sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Compassionate leadership and management skills
* A genuine passion for working with older adults and making a positive impact on their lives
