Job Description
Ideal Carehomes is a luxury care residence that provides high-quality care and support to older adults. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Lifestyle Enrichment Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in creating engaging and meaningful experiences for our residents.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of older adults, as well as the ability to develop and implement innovative programs that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being. They will work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet the evolving needs of our residents.

As a key member of our leadership team, the Lifestyle Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the quality of life for our residents. This includes planning and delivering a wide range of activities, managing budgets, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a passionate advocate for the rights and dignity of older adults.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a commitment of approximately 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum. Benefits include 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays, DBS provided, and regular staff social events.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement innovative programs that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being
* Lead a team of lifestyle coordinators and activity assistants
* Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of services
* Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Requirements
* A diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology)
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the care sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* A genuine passion for working with older adults and making a positive impact on their lives
