The Promotions Coordinator is an exciting and important role within CVP. The role focuses upon maximising the effectiveness of CVP’s promotional activity to deliver increased customer awareness of offers, packages, products and services through both Web and Sales Management channels therefore increase CVP’s market share.

Working closely with CVP’s Promotions Executive the web content team and marketing, the Promotions Coordinator is responsible for both internal and external communications of CVP’s latest and/or current deals and offers available across all manufacturers/brands, services and training.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Managing CVP’s list of on-going promotions
- Maintaining internal (Account Manager) awareness
- Maintaining website visibility
- Managing promotion related product groups
- Managing promotional pricing on the website and communicating to Account Managers
- Keeping eye on promotional stock levels and advising on procurement needs
- Creating and managing products/bundles
- Managing adjustment codes
- Creating and submitting reports on promotional activities
- Assisting with major promotional campaigns
- Re-writing promotional/marketing descriptions (blurb) so that it is of interest/relevance for internal and external consumption
- Writing Claiming instructions
- Writing Processing instructions
- Coordinating Information exchange between Brand manager, Products team and Marketing team
- Other Duties **- **as reasonably requested by your Line Manager

**Desirable skills**:

- Strong communication skills (both written and spoken),
- Good copy-writing skills
- Data Entry skills including
- Good accuracy
- Excellent literacy and numeracy
- Organisational skills are essential
- Ability to work as part of a team in a time pressured environment
- A basic knowledge/familiarity of broadcast technology and products
- A basic level abilities with Excel, Word (and Ms Office suite).

CVP operate a workplace pension scheme and your holiday entitlement will increase from 20 days annually (upon joining) up to 25 days on an incremental basis.

Pay: £22,308.00-£23,000.00 per year
