About the Job

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. With your experience and skills, you will lead a team of Care Assistants to provide exceptional support that enhances the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, dignity, and security for our residents
  • Provide guidance and training to Care Assistants to ensure they maintain the highest standards of care
  • Identify and address any safeguarding concerns, working closely with colleagues and external agencies as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting vulnerable adults
  • Experience of leading a team and managing priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including free uniform, company pension scheme, life assurance cover, and access to award-winning learning and development opportunities.
