We are seeking a dynamic and proactive nurse leader to join our Community Team as the Lead Nurse. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to reorganisation within the division.

The post holder will work collaboratively with the Neighbourhood Nurse Management team and the Head of Nursing to maintain high levels of quality and safety and provide high-level support and leadership to our high-functioning teams.

Main duties of the job include providing viable, accessible leadership to all areas within their given area of responsibility, supporting community nursing teams to promote excellence in nursing care, and ensuring that all patients are treated with compassion, dignity, and respect.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 based on the national average for similar positions in the UK. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
