Job Title: Educational Intervention Specialist

Role Overview:

  • Design and implement tailored educational strategies for students with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Evaluate, document, and analyze intervention outcomes
  • Provide comprehensive reports on educational provisions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated support
  • Accurately conduct and record assessments before and after interventions
  • Assist classroom teams in developing and executing lesson plans
  • Prepare updates for Individual Teaching and Assessment Committees (ITACs) and Annual Reviews

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven skills in literacy and numeracy
  • Experience working in an educational environment
  • Background in teaching both individuals and groups
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in information and communication technology (ICT)

Essential Qualifications:

  • GCSE qualifications in English and Mathematics
  • Teaching Assistant (TA) or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in delivering training interventions
