Job Title: Specialized Educational Support Practitioner

Role Overview:

  • Design and implement targeted educational strategies for students with special educational needs.
  • Evaluate, document, and analyze intervention outcomes.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on educational provisions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated support.
  • Accurately conduct and record assessments before and after interventions.
  • Assist classroom teams in the preparation and execution of lesson plans.
  • Deliver updates for Individual Targeted Action Plans and Annual Reviews.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
  • Experience working within an educational environment.
  • Background in teaching both individuals and groups.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Competent in using information technology.

Essential Qualifications:

  • GCSE qualifications in English and Mathematics.
  • Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in delivering training interventions.
