Samuel Frank Associates are seeking an experienced Electrical Control Systems Engineer to join their team in Cumbria. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical control systems.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing electrical control systems using PLCs and other control devices
  • Troubleshooting and repairing electrical control systems
  • Creating new PLC programs and software updates
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to deliver Continuous Improvement projects and process improvements
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with control systems

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical control systems, COMPEX knowledge is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is also desirable but not essential.
