As a Lead Electrical Engineering Professional, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our electrical engineering capability at BAE Systems. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership
  • To lead and manage a team of electrical engineers
  • To oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of engineering projects
  • To develop and mentor other team members

Requirements

  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience in electrical or power engineering
  • Knowledge of high power and medium voltage power systems and distributions
  • Knowledge of compatibility testing of electrical equipment and power electronics
  • Project Management experience would be advantageous
  • Chartered Engineer or actively working towards Chartership
