Key Account Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular account reviews with customers to demonstrate value and ROI
  • Ensure customers are informed about new products and services, and have a clear understanding of our pricing structure
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Apply the Consultative Sales Process to connect with customers, gather requirements, provide insights, recommend products, and close business
  • Offer product support and deliver training to customers
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products that add value
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends to support customers with challenges and opportunities
  • Maintain a CRM database of customers
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers, internal Account Managers, and Head Office Support teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a field-based Key Account Manager role
  • Experience selling a service rather than a tangible product
  • Experience dealing with complex data
  • Experience planning a patch or sales territory
  • Proven experience overcoming price objections, ideally in an industry where price negotiation is not possible
  • B2B sales experience is essential
  • Experience applying a sales methodology, such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Fully expensed company car
  • Uncapped annual OTE: £15,000
