Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular account reviews with customers to demonstrate value and ROI
- Ensure customers are informed about new products and services, and have a clear understanding of our pricing structure
- Meet sales targets and KPIs
- Apply the Consultative Sales Process to connect with customers, gather requirements, provide insights, recommend products, and close business
- Offer product support and deliver training to customers
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products that add value
- Stay up-to-date with market trends to support customers with challenges and opportunities
- Maintain a CRM database of customers
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers, internal Account Managers, and Head Office Support teams
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a field-based Key Account Manager role
- Experience selling a service rather than a tangible product
- Experience dealing with complex data
- Experience planning a patch or sales territory
- Proven experience overcoming price objections, ideally in an industry where price negotiation is not possible
- B2B sales experience is essential
- Experience applying a sales methodology, such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP
- Basic salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)
- Fully expensed company car
- Uncapped annual OTE: £15,000
- 27 days' holiday + Bank Holidays
