Job Summary:

Join our team as a Swimming Instructor for Children with Additional Needs and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our members. In this rewarding role, you will teach adapted swimming lessons, ensuring every child has access to this valuable life skill.

To excel in this position, you will need to hold a National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification, have previous experience working with children or adults with additional needs, and demonstrate strong safeguarding and risk management skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Deliver modified swimming programs for children aged 0-25
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes

The salary range for this position is £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience. This role requires a basic DBS check and references, which will be processed in line with our safer recruitment policy.
