We are seeking a dedicated and passionate religious education specialist to join our esteemed department at Wayman Learning Trust. As a highly committed professional, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging and varied curriculum to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.

**Job Overview:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum programs that meet the needs of all students.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Religious Education or a related field.
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven teaching experience in Religious Education, preferably in a similar school setting.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The salary for this position will be paid on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) to Upper Pay Scale (UPS) range, commensurate with experience.
