About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can provide tailored support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated team of staff to create a nurturing environment that fosters academic success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to help students overcome barriers to education
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless student support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of child development and special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:
