Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. as an HR Advisor. This is a full-time, hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and advice to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns, interview candidates, and utilize applicant tracking systems to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Develop and implement projects related to process improvement, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably at the Advisor level.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law.
  • Experience in managing recruitment campaigns, interviewing, and utilizing applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering employee engagement initiatives and supporting change management activities.
