Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary resource for managers, offering expert advice and guidance on various HR matters. Play a significant role in identifying and executing effective organizational change initiatives. Provide counsel and support for complex employee relations issues. Actively seek opportunities for service enhancements. Engage in project work aimed at delivering service improvements and innovative initiatives. Mentor and develop managers and colleagues on best practices in people management.

Required Qualifications:

A degree-level education and membership in the CIPD or equivalent professional experience. Extensive experience in a generalist or specialized HR advisory role, with hands-on knowledge of employment law, case management, and organizational change. Proven experience in advising and influencing senior management on HR-related issues. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving at both strategic and operational levels. Strong ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational levels, complemented by excellent communication skills. Exceptional influencing and negotiation capabilities, with experience in engaging both internal and external stakeholders. Robust analytical skills with the capacity to produce and present well-structured, concise reports. Experience in project planning and execution.
