A degree-level education and membership in the CIPD or equivalent professional experience. Extensive experience in a generalist or specialized HR advisory role, with practical knowledge of employment law, case management, and organizational change. Proven experience in advising and influencing senior management on HR matters. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving at both strategic and operational levels. Strong capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational levels, coupled with excellent communication skills. Exceptional influencing and negotiation abilities, with experience in engaging both internal and external stakeholders. Robust analytical skills, with the capacity to produce and present well-structured, concise reports. Experience in project planning and execution.Successful candidates will be required to undergo a basic disclosure (criminal records check) and a security assessment.
