Job Description:- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
- Manage reception duties, including answering phones and handling correspondence
- Process patient registrations, medical records, and prescriptions
- Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to the overall administration of NHS Scotland, including data entry and record-keeping
The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience in Administration or a related field, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management systems.
The estimated salary for this role is £37,800 per annum, based on 28-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm with occasional overtime as required.
