We are looking for a talented Band 5 Nurse to join our dynamic Out of Hours Community Nursing team in the South Staffordshire Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting patients in their own homes or residential settings.
To succeed in this role, you will require current NMC registration as a general nurse, relevant experience in community nursing, and excellent clinical knowledge and skills. You will also need to be a flexible and dedicated individual who is committed to providing exceptional patient care.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £31,365 - £39,969 per annum (dependent on experience) and access to a range of benefits, including flexible working options, extensive training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
