Job SummaryWe are seeking a people-oriented, collaborative, and energizing HR Manager to join our team as we expand our business in the UK. This role will oversee Damm UK's Commercial, Central Functions, and Operations teams, consisting of 150 employees combined. This is a great opportunity to join a business with an authentic Spanish heritage, strong focus on sustainability, and key presence in the areas of sport, gastronomy, and culture.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver HR agenda and people plans aligned with business priorities.
- Provide coaching and advice on HR-related queries from employees and people managers, fostering employee wellbeing, engagement, and team performance.
- Manage the full cycle of Employee Relations, including grievance and disciplinary procedures, absences, performance management, etc., in line with legal requirements and company values.
- Design and implement the learning agenda by partnering with business leaders to identify training needs across different teams, enabling people development plans.
- Stay on top of business and legal context to ensure alignment of the HR practice and agenda.
- Produce and analyze monthly data for key stakeholders, including legislative updates, annual appraisals, absence rates, and active employee relations cases.
- Provide end-to-end support for rolling out HR Corporate processes, ensuring legal compliance and change management.
- Provide HR support on business projects as appropriate, such as engagement surveys, suggested outputs for improvement, etc.
- On-site work with up to 2 days of teleworking per week.
