Regional Business Development Manager

By recruiting a determined Key Account Sales Manager, the company aims to strengthen its External Sales force in the Midlands and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for building sales into approximately 90 established accounts while identifying new sales channels and exciting projects for the business.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Sales Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build sales into approximately 90 established accounts
- Prospect for new sales channels and exciting projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
