Regional Development Manager

KAP Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Regional Development Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Town Planner with a proven track record in managing planning projects. You will have a degree in Town Planning or a related field and membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership. A strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of urban and regional planning projects
- Conduct research and analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors
- Inform planning decisions based on research findings
