Job Title: HSE Coordinator - Health, Safety, and Environmental Expert

Job Summary:

Premier Group Careers is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to join our team. As an HSE Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Management: Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental management systems to prevent accidents and incidents. Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of health, safety, and environmental incidents, near misses, and compliance issues. Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with employees, management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on health, safety, and environmental matters.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Certificate, IOSH, or equivalent in Health & Safety Management.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct risk assessments and accident investigations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
