About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team at Premier Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs on HSE best practices.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to stay up-to-date on the latest HSE regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, including ISO 45001 and OSHA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform HSE decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
