Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator
Job Summary:
Premier Group Recruitment is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across the organization's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with management to implement health and safety initiatives and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, including incident reports, risk assessments, and training records.
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including management, regulatory bodies, and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a NEBOSH Certificate, IOSH, or equivalent in Health & Safety Management.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and accident investigations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and health and safety reporting tools.
