Job Overview:

Bucks & Berks Recruitment PLC seeks a highly skilled Patient Services Coordinator to join our team in Beaconsfield.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional patient services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  2. Ensure seamless day-to-day operations in the front office and administrative departments
  3. Manage patient registrations, bookings, and cancellations efficiently
  4. Provide administrative support, including data entry, typing, and filing
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • GCSE (or equivalent) qualification, including English Language and Maths
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven experience in a Front of House role or similar environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organisational and time management abilities
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Salary and Benefits:

A competitive annual salary of £25,000-£27,000, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career growth and professional development within our dynamic team.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays per month, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
