About the Role

The Customer Onboard Specialist position at Splend involves delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients when they receive a brand new vehicle.

This role is based out of our Cricklewood hub and requires employees to work on weekends as per roster, with a guaranteed day off on the following Monday or Tuesday.

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to our customers to enhance their profitability and driver ratings.
  • Offer coaching and feedback to ensure customers meet their contractual responsibilities and maintain high standards.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships by conducting regular catch-ups with each customer.
  • Perform various tasks including vehicle inspections during onboarding.
  • Advise customers on servicing and upgrading options.
