About Rota Support LTD: A specialist care staffing agency providing permanent and temporary healthcare staff to private care homes, hospitals, and learning disability services.
\We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant for ad-hoc shifts in Lowestoft. As an employee of Rota Support LTD, you will work on a 0 hours contract with opportunities to accumulate full-time or part-time hours.
\The role involves covering gaps in clients' rotas due to annual leave, sickness, or vacancies at short notice. You will be required to assist with daily living activities, utilise equipment to move patients, and support nurses as needed.
\Responsibilities:

- Assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting\
- Moving patients using necessary equipment\
- Tidying patient rooms or homes\
- Monitoring vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature\
- Communicating with patients and reassuring them\
- Supporting nurses and other staff members\
Requirements:
\A minimum of 4 months' experience in a care home setting is preferred. You should have a good understanding of spoken English and be able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
\Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum based on experience.
