Job Summary

This Adult Care Assistant role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team in Lowestoft and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services. Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • To provide personalized care and support to service users, responding to their unique needs and preferences.
  • Support individuals with their personal care and hygiene, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, fostering trust and respect.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, ensuring seamless teamwork.
Essential Requirements
  • Relevant experience as a care or support worker, preferably in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Basic knowledge of data protection and confidentiality guidelines, essential for maintaining secure information.
