Key Duties and Responsibilities- To provide personalized care and support to service users, responding to their unique needs and preferences.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

- Relevant experience as a care or support worker, preferably in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances.
