Join Our Team

The Maypole Project is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our clinical services team.

As a senior leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality therapy services across the UK.

Key responsibilities include line management of the Senior Counsellor, Senior Child Therapist, Activities Manager, and Clinical Supervisors, as well as overall management of the Therapies team.

We are looking for someone who can foster a positive working culture, ensure staff receive necessary training, and provide effective oversight of enquiries and referrals.

Responsibilities
  • Line management of Senior Counsellor, Senior Child Therapist, Activities Manager, and Clinical Supervisors
  • Overall management of the Therapies team
  • Effective oversight of enquiries and referrals
  • Foster a positive working culture and ensure staff receive necessary training
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality therapy services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Salary & Benefits

£55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
