Job Title: 3rd Line IT Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line IT Support Specialist to join our team at Search Results, a leading provider of technology solutions. As a 3rd Line IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting complex IT issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of complex technical issues and provide expert-level support via remote-control sessions.
  • Oversee remote monitoring tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues, utilizing expertise in Windows & MAC Desktop Operating Systems, O365 Administration, O365 Exchange, Microsoft Intune, Server Administrative Tools, Firewalls & Switches, Network Devices, Networking protocols, VPN Systems, Microsoft Azure, VMWare, and Citrix.
  • Prioritize and manage open tickets, monitoring responses and SLA events to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure client IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Windows & MAC Desktop Operating Systems, O365 Administration, O365 Exchange, Microsoft Intune, Server Administrative Tools, Firewalls & Switches, Network Devices, Networking protocols, VPN Systems, Microsoft Azure, VMWare, and Citrix.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
