We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Third Line Engineer to join our team at Network IT Recruitment Limited. Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of escalation for the service desk, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and adhering to SLA's.
  • Take ownership and lead from the front to deliver IT projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Help support the technical development of junior engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, recommending new products and software to improve the efficiency and overall offering within the practice.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement network configurations, including firewall and switching, WAP's, and other network infrastructure.
  • Work closely with the business to identify training and development opportunities, including industry-recognized certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, and AZ-104.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Third Line Engineer or similar technical role.
  • Strong technical skills, including Active Directory, Group Policies, Azure AD, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Windows Server, and network configuration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
