About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Third Line Support Specialist to join our team at Network IT Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering projects for our key clients and providing technical expertise to support the development of junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Take ownership and lead from the front to deliver IT projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Technical Escalation: Act as a point of escalation for the service desk, resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Technical Development: Help support the technical development of junior engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, recommending new products and software to improve the efficiency and overall offering within the practice.
Technical Skills
  • Active Directory: Design, implement, and manage Active Directory infrastructure.
  • Group Policies: Create and manage Group Policies to ensure secure and efficient network management.
  • Azure AD: Implement and manage Azure Active Directory to enhance security and authentication.
  • SharePoint: Design and implement SharePoint solutions to improve collaboration and document management.
  • OneDrive: Implement and manage OneDrive to ensure secure and efficient file sharing.
  • Teams: Design and implement Microsoft Teams solutions to enhance communication and collaboration.
  • Windows Server: Implement and manage Windows Server infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient network management.
  • Network Configuration: Design and implement network configurations, including firewalls, switching, and WAPs.
Training and Development

The business will fund training and exams to achieve industry-recognized certifications, with a focus on Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, and AZ-104.
