- Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring seamless front desk operations.
- Utilize Opera PMS to streamline reservations and guest management processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
