About the Role:

We are seeking a Director of Speciality Chemicals Sales to join our team at Promethean Particles Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development of a high performing commercial team and playing a central role in shaping our success and influencing outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with our technical development team to advance our products through customer proof points and increase revenue performance. You will also develop and implement strategies that align with business goals to promote growth and manage the growth of the opportunity pipeline by identifying new opportunities and progressing existing opportunities through the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a B2B business development role within the speciality chemicals sector. They will possess inspirational leadership skills and a track record in building effective, high-performing teams.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies that align with business goals to promote growth
  • Managing the growth of the opportunity pipeline by identifying new opportunities and progressing existing opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Working with customers and prospects to communicate the benefits of MOFs in target applications
