About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seasonal Sales Host to join our team at Historic Royal Palaces. As a Seasonal Sales Host, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving sales revenue targets through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets, provide expert product knowledge, and ensure that every visitor has an unforgettable experience at Kensington Palace.

In this role, you will also contribute to creating engaging and memorable interactions with our visitors, using your creativity and enthusiasm to make their day special. You will work as part of a dynamic team, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
