Job Overview:
We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to fill the role of Senior Care Assistant at our Barchester care home in Bournemouth, Dorset. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with the clinical team and Deputy General Manager to achieve this goal.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care and support to residents
- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants
- Contribute to the development of care plans and assessments
About Our Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a warm and compassionate individual with a strong background in health and social care. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and experience working with older adults. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
