Job Title: Care Support Professional

A1 Care is seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers in Bournemouth, Dorset. As a Support Worker, you will have the rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with Cerebral Palsy.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families. You will also have a strong understanding of personal care and manual handling techniques, as well as experience in providing emotional support and companionship.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as showering, dressing, and toileting. You will also provide support with household chores, meal preparation, and medication administration. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
