Lettings Manager Opportunity

Collins Property Recruitment is working with a dynamic estate agency in Central Reading who are seeking a skilled Lettings Manager to join their team. As a Lettings Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the lettings business and contributing to the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Lettings Director to increase the lettings business and identify new opportunities.
  • Proactively generate new business and identify growth opportunities through market appraisal generation and winning instructions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and develop relationships with landlords.
  • Conduct regular canvassing activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Promote a positive culture within the team and work closely with the social media team to showcase properties and services.
Requirements:
  • Experience in attending and winning market appraisals.
  • A proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Understanding of the lettings industry and ability to collaborate with the team to achieve targets.
