About the Role

Collins Property Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly expanding and dynamic estate agency in Central Reading to recruit a seasoned Lettings Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Manager looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Lettings Director to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the company's growth objectives.
  • Work closely with a team of 30 to increase the lettings business through proactive market appraisal generation and winning instructions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing landlords, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular canvassing activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Promote a positive culture within the team and work closely with the social media team to showcase properties and services.
  • Assist with managing the Lettings team, if desired.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in attending and winning market appraisals.
  • A track record of achieving targets and collaborating with the team to meet objectives.
  • Strong understanding of the lettings industry and its best practices.
