About the Role

As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the Lettings Director to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the company's growth objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Lettings Director and a team of 30 to increase the lettings business.
  • Developing a proactive approach to generating new business and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Generating market appraisals and winning instructions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with landlords.
  • Regularly canvassing to generate new business opportunities.
  • Promoting a positive culture within the team.
  • Working with the social media team to showcase properties and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in attending and winning market appraisals.
  • A proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of the lettings industry.
  • Ability to collaborate and achieve targets with the team.
