About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at King's Cross Fitness. As a key member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive, welcoming environment within the centre.
  • Ensure customer compliance with centre rules and procedures, promoting a safe and healthy environment for all.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving retention and growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Fitness Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, efficient reception, and effective stock control.
  • Act as a Shift Manager as required, supervising operational shifts and carrying out other duties as necessary.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the booking system, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with customers, promote services, and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures, with the ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Experience of administration, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage data effectively.
  • Ability to engage with customers, promote services, and drive sales, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
