Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Market Halls. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the management team and leading our team on both the bar and the floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars and floors.
  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist with staffing requirements, training, and operational requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to train and develop team members.
