As a seasoned Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service administration function and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing the customer service administration function, including supervising a team of customer service representatives.
  2. Providing timely and effective responses to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  3. Ensuring the speedy resolution of customer sales administration issues.
  4. Coordinating the handling and processing of customer orders from initiation to completion.
  5. Overseeing the handling of major client account orders and delivery schedules.
  6. Providing quotations and technical information to customers as required.
