Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to join our commercial team as a Commercial Planning Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term basis. Reporting to our Head of Commercial Planning, you will utilize your outstanding commercial acumen to identify opportunities within our Leased and Tenanted business and optimize pricing, promotions, and sales initiatives on a B2B/B2C basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing and Promotions Strategy: Assist in evaluating B2B pricing strategies and B2B/B2C promotional activities to optimize revenue and profitability aligned with company objectives.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data across sites and product categories, preparing reports and presenting findings to aid in decision-making for senior leaders.
  • Budget Support and Analysis: Contribute to the ongoing analysis of sales levers and performance versus targets.
  • Commercial Analytics and Insights: Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, spot areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Product Portfolio Management: Support the product management team in evaluating product performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with FP&A, marketing, operations, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial strategies and alignment across all departments.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree with around 3 years of experience within financial analysis, commercial planning, or buying.
  • Highly analytical skills.
  • Prior experience within hospitality or retail is desirable.
