Regional HR Business Partner

Reed HR is seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Business Partner to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide strategic HR support to staff and stakeholders across Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Director of People and Head of HR in delivering a professional, consistent, and effective HR service.
- Collaborate with the Head of HR to ensure a seamless integration of HR services, including payroll.
- Induct and train HR staff, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Act as the HR Manager for Shared Services, providing expert advice and guidance on people management and employment law issues.
- Support strategic advice on recruitment and workforce planning, promoting equal opportunities and diversity.
- Provide professional guidance on recruitment and selection processes, utilizing systems to develop a consistent approach.
- Ensure the delivery of an effective, efficient, and economic HR function, maintaining accurate records and reporting information as required.
